Memorial service for CAPT James W. “Jim” RYAN, USN (Ret), will be held at NAS Pensacola, FL, at the Barrancas National Cemetery (Section E) on 19 September 2025 at 1130. The memorial service will be conducted by the Schools Command Chaplain. Immediately following the service there will be a reception at the Mustin Beach Officers Club. Concurrently, the National Naval Aviation Museum will be hosting a special commemorative event marking the opening of its new exhibit, Return with Honor, a tribute to the resilience, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of American prisoners of war during the Vietnam War, beginning at 1000. If any Golden Eagles would like to attend both events, Chuck can coordinate and facilitate attendance.
