Funeral Services for Golden Eagle Emeritus LtCol Harlan P. CHAPMAN, USMC (Ret), will be held on 20 October 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Old Post Chapel, 204 Arlington Ave., Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (base access is required at the Hatfield Gate, 29 Carpenter Road, Fort Myer, VA 22211). Immediately after the religious service the procession will move on to Arlington National Cemetery for a military flyover and full military honors at the graveside service. A Celebration of Life will follow at Patton Hall (former Fort Myer Officers Club — 214 Buffalo Soldier Ave., Fort Myer, VA 22211). Northeast flight members will serve as honorary pallbearers.
